UCC1 Financial Statement Filing

Not sure how to file a  UCC1 financial statement?  We will prepare your UCC1 on your behalf for you to file online in the state of your birth or in Maryland. Be sure to print a copy and use the filing number on any status documents, IRS documents, and/or any documents being recorded or filed. You may need to send additional documents in after the filing has been excepted to complete the filing if requested or add a ucc3.
